The washer stabilizes the eyes from the back and decreases the chances of it pulling through the fabric. Not recommended for children under 3 years of age. Solid 12mm Black 6pc- To use, cut hole in fabric and place eye with the dome on the front side and post sticking out in the back. Place washer on the post with the flat down. Press down until washer is securely and evenly placed against the back side of the fabric. Choking Hazard: Keep out of reach of children.
